Things I did

As an external UX designer for Credit Suisse's asset management digital products, I collaborated closely with the product owner and developers to ensure user-centric designs. My role involved conducting usability tests and refining products based on gathered data, such as the fund search filter. We followed the Scrum methodology in Jira, continuously adding design tasks. Through collaboration and expertise, our goal was to deliver the best possible user experience for Credit Suisse clients.

At Credit Suisse's digital support team, navigating approval processes was a major challenge due to diverse team visions and priorities. To overcome this, we relied on extensive user testing and feedback to enhance product designs. By prioritising user insights, we ensured designs meet user needs, are visually appealing, and gain stakeholder approval efficiently.
